Because each item is thoughtfully designed and produced in small batches, all sales are final and we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time.

That said, your happiness truly matters to us. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please email info@janewchoidesigns.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We’ll gladly review it and do our best to make it right.
